Arctic fox (vulpes lagopus)

This fox is on the red list of threatening arts in Norway, only on Svalbard, the population seem to be stable. Even the protection from hunting haven't increased the population over many years. So I hope we are able to turn the situation, because this adorable little creature deserves to remain in great numbers in our mountains :-D

    1. Thank you so much, Marco! Yes we are lucky to see them in the wild. They are one of the endangered species here in Norway, so we are trying to save them during a breeding project. :-) Mvh Lillian
